Experts found that young children need to move more
Canadian scientists conducted a study that helped establish the need for physical activity for young children.
Experts invited 400 children aged 3 to 5 years to participate in the experiment. It was possible to find out that the correctly chosen activity affects the strengthening of the cardiovascular system, the condition of the arteries and the pressure.
Scientists suggest that the right approach in this direction will improve health for many years.
During the studies, treadmills were used: the kids ran for a certain time, and the doctors then took health measures.
In addition, over time, children were able to become more resilient to the loads. On the basis of these facts, experts believe that young children should form the daily routine taking into account the activity corresponding to their age.
