Nutritionists from France told what the consequences of excessive eating of sweet desserts and drinks may be.

It turns out that sweets contribute to the fact that children in adulthood will choose foods that are high in sugar, which is fraught with the development of diabetes and many other ailments.

As experts emphasize: it is at a young age that a person begins to form eating habits and behavior that persists throughout life.

Academics recommend reducing the amount of sugary drinks consumed – you can drink a maximum of one glass per day.

By the way, breakfast cereals should also be banned for children, because they contain more sugar than sweet soda.

In the future, a child may develop diabetes; they also become frequent visitors to dentists and nutritionists before others.
