Scientists have questioned the harm social networks for teenagers
The growing popularity of social networks every day has attracted the attention of scientists from the UK and Germany for a detailed study of the possible harm to mental and physical health.
A huge amount of research at the moment speaks of a hidden threat: social networks lead to obesity, depression, low self-esteem, etc.
Scientists wanted to focus mainly on adolescents.
The project, which lasted about 5 years, was able to participate more than 12,000 people of different ages and social status. Experts selected adolescents and gave them more to fill out a questionnaire in which questions about feelings and inner state were raised.
As it was possible to establish, social networks did not have any negative impact on adolescents.
